It has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner and it's capable of displaying high definition TV signals with an optional receiver. This EDTV (Enhanced Definition TV) set is capable of displaying not only television signals in 480p (480-pixel progressive) but also from video sources such as progressive-scan DVD players--which offers a far better resolution and picture than playing a DVD through an interlaced video screen. You can also use it as a PC monitor.

The 2D digital comb filter and 3D motion-adaptive deinterlacing enhance picture sharpness for a crisp, natural look.
